Aluminum bronze CA 104 alloys contain approximately 8.5% to 11.0% aluminum, 4.0% to 5.5% iron, and 4.0% to 5.5% nickel. The addition of nickel and iron refines the microstructure, increasing the alloy's yield strength to over 420 N/mm² (60 KSI) and overall hardness. This high level of physical performance, combined with its natural protective oxide film, makes it the standard choice for marine hardware, subsea valves, heat exchangers, offshore oil rigs, and non-sparking safety environments.
Our manufacturing range covers hot-forged CA 104 Hex Screws and Bolts up to M36 (1-1/2" diameter) and CNC machined threaded rods up to 5 meters in length. We procure high-grade copper alloy bars from verified domestic mills (JSPL, Tata Steel, RINL) to ensure maximum chemical homogeneity and structural integrity.
